dishwasher didn't work properly

We loved the location, super close to Hawk Meadow Park and Durant Park, both are perfect for outdoor fun since we had activities planned. Breakfast was solid, just a bit crowded at peak times. Overall, great place to chill and catch up with friends.

We did run into some issues with housekeeping when one of my friends found hair in the room and the bathroom was not clean.

Breakfast was a hit with unlimited pancakes, and the friendly staff added warmth to our stay! The King Room was cozy, allowing us to kick back and relax after our Lansing adventures. Plus, the location made grabbing bites from nearby joints like McDonald's a breeze!

The pool heater was on the fritz, leaving us in the cold, and the shower needed some serious scrubbing—black floor and soap scum galore! Turkey sausage?

We had a great time enjoying the pool area, which was nicely secluded for some relaxation after our tough family event. The rooms were clean and cozy.

the hampton inn was a great place for our family stay. we needed an early check-in, and they accommodated us easily. the hotel is conveniently located close to everything yet remains a quiet spot. the staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay.

Spacious room, great breakfast, with a comfortable sofa bed and a wonderful king-sized bed that provided an excellent night's sleep, along with friendly staff that enhanced our stay and an excellent location that's just a short trip from the airport.

The room was spacious and clean enough, beds comfortable. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, even had a great time breaking all kinds of things. Tried to stick around longer because they enjoyed themselves so much.

It was not inexpensive but still tolerable.
